The only one I really have trouble with is balancing on one leg.

wonderful. Sometimes I wake-up in the morning feeling groggy or generally like
crap, but as soon as I complete the exercises, I'm refreshed, in a positive mood,
and ready for the day. The same is true at the end of the day.
You know what long days are like they take the starch right out of
you, both physically and emotionally. The good news is that the exercises never
fail to refresh and revitalize me.
The most lasting benefit I've found so far over time is a sense
of peace. Things that bothered me a year or two ago don' t seem to bother me

what I had read but also a little hesitant because so many exercise videos are too boring
or too stressful. Your video is GREAT - I immediately found myself glued
to the TV - the beginning of the video is very motivating and then you go into
each and every detail regarding the program.

better already. The breathing exercises have helped my asthma (beginning stages) and the slow
